Anthropic is putting real money behind its enterprise ambitions. The company today launched the Claude Partner Network and committed an initial $100 million for 2026 to support the consultancies, systems integrators, and AI firms helping businesses deploy Claude at scale.
What's new
The Claude Partner Network formalizes Anthropic's partner ecosystem with structured investment, training, and co-selling infrastructure. A chunk of that $100M goes directly to partners as funding for sales enablement, successful customer deployments, and joint marketing. Partners get access to a new Partner Portal stocked with Anthropic Academy training materials, internal sales playbooks, and co-marketing assets. There's also a new technical certification launching today. On the staffing side, Anthropic is scaling its partner-facing team fivefold — adding dedicated Applied AI engineers for live deals, technical architects for complex implementations, and localized support in international markets.
Why it matters
Enterprise AI adoption is still largely a services problem, not a model problem. Companies know they want to use AI; they need help figuring out where, how, and without violating their compliance stack. Anthropic is betting that the fastest path to production deployments runs through trusted third-party partners — the same playbook that built Salesforce and Workday's ecosystems. Notably, Claude is the only frontier model available across all three major cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, which gives partners a flexible surface to build on regardless of a client's existing infrastructure.

Anthropic says it expects to invest even more beyond the initial $100M, so this is framed as a floor, not a ceiling. The partner certification program is new and unproven — its value will depend on whether enterprise buyers actually start asking for it.
